Your site has no fixed address on the internet. We give it one.
wayangi Managed Router gives your site one public IPv4 and one public IPv6 that only you use, on top of the internet you already pay for. Fiber, cable, 4G. We build it, we run it, we watch it 24 hours a day. You just plug it in.
A fixed address means CCTV, servers, tills and office phones can be reached directly from outside. No port-forwarding, no middleman app, no "sorry, static IP is business-plan only". The address does not change when the modem restarts, and it comes with you when you switch ISP or move building.
From IDR 3,000,000 / month per site, excluding 11% PPN · formal quote within one business day · monthly, or prepaid for up to 5 years
Three places that need this most
The need is the same everywhere: an address that does not change, and an internet connection that does not die with one of its lines.
Schools & campuses
- Computer-based exams keep running even when one internet line dies
- The principal can view the school CCTV from home
- The school server and attendance system reachable from outside, with no middleman app
- Teacher wifi, student wifi and the office network kept neatly apart
Government & public services
- Central applications that only accept registered addresses: register once, never again
- Public services stay reachable even when the ISP has a fault
- Branch offices and local units each get their own address, one standard
- Formal quotes and invoices for the procurement process
Business, shops & clinics
- Tills, CCTV, attendance and office phones can be monitored from head office
- Bank and vendor portals stop rejecting you because the address changed
- A new branch just gets a router that is ready to plug in
- No need to replace the internet subscription you already have
If any of this has happened to you
It is not your ISP's fault. Ordinary internet connections were simply never designed for your place to be reached from outside.
CCTV you cannot view from outside
You bought an expensive recorder, but from home or from head office it always fails to connect. The vendor uses technical words and gives up.
Exams or service stop when the internet dies
One line goes down and a whole room stops working. Moving to the backup is usually manual, and always a few expensive minutes too late.
Rejected because the address changed by itself
A central application, a bank portal or a vendor system only accepts addresses that are already registered. The address from your ISP changes on every modem restart.
Office phones drop or go one-way
Telephony over the internet dislikes layered networks. You can be heard but cannot hear the other side, and everyone blames everyone else.
A technician has to drive out for every small problem
Devices at the branch cannot be opened from a distance. Every incident turns into travel costs and lost working hours.
Every location has its own way of doing things
Five branches, five ISPs, five ways to get in. Not one of them has an address that stays the same, so nothing can be standardised.
There is one root cause, and the explanation is not technical
Think of the internet as a city. Every building needs an address so post can be delivered and visitors can find it.
Most internet connections do not give your building an address of its own. You share one address with thousands of other customers, and that address can change at any time. You can still go out and visit anyone, but nobody can come to you.
Managed Router gives your site an address of its own that does not change, and then we look after the whole technical side.

What IDR 3 million a month actually buys
The usual way to get a fixed public address is a dedicated internet line, which starts at around IDR 4.5 million a month and means replacing the connection you already have. Managed Router gives you the addressing part on top of the internet you already pay for.
Dedicated internet with an SLA
- The usual way to get a fixed public address
- You replace the line you already have, rather than adding to it
- One line, one site; the next branch pays in full again
- The address goes away when the subscription ends
Renting a public address over a VPN
- Cheap, but what you get is a username and password for one connection
- Speed capped by the plan, typically 10–150 Mbps
- Setup and upkeep are yours
- No hardware, no backup line, no replacement unit
wayangi Managed Router
- A fixed address only your site uses, on the internet you already have
- Watched by our network team 24 hours
- The address comes with you to any ISP and any building
- At least 2 internet lines, moves over by itself if one dies
- Router prepared, managed, replaced if it fails
- Optional firewall from IDR 6M, plus a server at IDR 8M/month
What you should know about cost
- Billed monthly by invoice. The final price is written in the quote before you pay anything.
- Prices on this page exclude 11% PPN, and the tax is written separately on the invoice.
- For schools and government: formal quotes, invoices and our company details are ready for the procurement process.
- Router: use a MikroTik you already own (we provision it) or a unit from us, priced in the quote.
- Extra IPv4 or IPv6 addresses are priced per address; the base package does not change.
- No long-term contract. Stop any time at the end of the paid period.
- Want to pay upfront? 1, 2, 3 up to 5 years in one invoice, at a better price than monthly. Say the term when you ask for a quote.
- One day of exams, service, or tills being down usually costs more than a month of service.
The Managed Router is run by the network team at dalang.io, an Indonesian carrier-grade cloud and bare-metal provider trusted by more than 100 companies. We own our registered address block, so the address you use is ours, not leased from a third party that can pull it back at any time.
One IPv4 address that does not change
An address from our own network, used by your site alone for as long as you subscribe. The router gives it straight to the device you choose. No more fiddling with modem settings.
- Only for your site, not shared with anyone
- Reachable from outside, and used for going out too
- Need more? Add addresses to the same router
One IPv6 address as well
A newer-generation address, delivered side by side with the IPv4 one. Useful for devices and applications that already use it, even if the ISP at your site does not offer IPv6 at all.
- Fixed and yours for as long as you subscribe
- Same address no matter which ISP is active
- Need more? Extra addresses on request
We run it, so you do not have to
Every router is set up for its site, locked to that unit, and secured before it ever touches the internet. We check on it every 60 seconds and sort problems out from a distance.
- We see each line as healthy, degraded, or down
- Usage chart for the last 24 hours
- Daily and monthly records; ask us any time for the numbers
Live in four steps, and most of them are ours.
We prepare the address
We set up the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses for your site and register them at both of our network hubs. Done before you finish your coffee.
We prepare the router
The router is set up for your site, given its own password, and locked. If you already own a MikroTik, that is the unit we prepare.
You plug in the internet
Plug in at least two internet lines you already have, up to four. Any ISP. The router checks each line constantly and moves over by itself if one has a problem.
You plug in the network
The device you choose, such as an NVR or a server, receives its fixed address from the router right away. It is now reachable from anywhere. That is the whole install.
Not sure it fits your site? Send us the city and the ISP you use and we will answer today.
Carrier-grade under the hood
Show the technical details for your IT team ▾
You can skip this part if you are not technical. It is for your IT team or network vendor who want to know exactly how it works: the same design we run for our carrier customers, packaged for a single site.
Two hubs, two tunnels, zero drama
The router holds a WireGuard tunnel to Jakarta (primary) and Singapore (backup, plus fast international inbound) at the same time. A connection that arrives via one hub is answered via the same hub, so nothing breaks when a path flaps.
ISP failover that notices before your users do
Each uplink gets its own reachability probe and a recursive default route. If the primary ISP stalls without going link-down, the router notices in seconds and moves the tunnels to the next line. Your public address never changes.
No NAT. No leaks. No surprises.
Your public addresses are used as-is on the LAN. Traffic from them is only ever allowed into the tunnels. If both tunnels are down it is dropped, never silently pushed out through the local ISP with a different source.
Hardened before it ships
Nothing listens on the ISP side. Telnet, FTP, web UI, and API are off. Management reaches the router only through the tunnel from our NOC, or from your LAN over SSH and WinBox for an on-site technician.
Full public, both directions
Unlike our per-device IPv6 tier, which is inbound-only, this product routes outbound traffic through our AS too. What the world sees when your site connects out is the same address the world uses to reach you.
Hardware you already trust
MikroTik hEX (RB750Gr3), hAP ax2, hAP ax3, RB5009, RB4011, RB3011, and CCR2004. We can supply the unit or provision a board you already own.
Firewall (IDR 6 million package)
OPNsense on a fanless industrial mini-PC, 4 × Intel NIC, N100/N305-class CPU, 8–16 GB RAM, NVMe SSD. It sits behind the MikroTik: the router owns the public addresses, the tunnels and the ISP failover; the firewall owns access policy, segmentation, IDS/IPS and staff VPN. Its configuration is backed up to our side automatically, so a replacement unit ships ready to run. A high-availability pair is available, quoted separately.
Server (IDR 8 million package)
8 vCPU, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB NVMe storage, installed behind the firewall on your local network. We maintain the hardware and replace it if it fails; the operating system and applications on top follow whatever is agreed in the quote. CPU, RAM and storage upgrades and a high-availability configuration are quoted separately.
Real examples in the field
Schools and campuses
Computer-based exams, attendance, the digital library and CCTV. One fixed address makes them all reachable and viewable from anywhere, and the backup line keeps exams running when one ISP fails.
CCTV, NVR and building systems
Open the recorder and building controller directly, not through a vendor's middleman app that can vanish at any time. No more fiddling with modem settings.
Office phones and call centres
Office phones connect from their own address, so there is no one-way audio and no calls dropping mid-conversation. The phone provider stops blaming your network.
Servers you run yourself at the office
A website, email, or internal application running on your own server stays reachable from outside, even on an ordinary internet line.
Retail, clinics and warehouses with many branches
One router per branch, one fixed address per branch, using whichever local ISP is cheapest. Head office just registers a set of addresses that will not change.
Government and public services
Central applications that only accept registered addresses, staff attendance, and services that must be reachable by the public. The address is registered once and never changes again, even if the ISP is replaced.
Several schools, offices or branches? Ask for multi-site pricing, one quote for all of them.
When do you need the firewall package?
The base package makes your site reachable. The firewall package decides who may reach what.
You put something on a public address
The moment a server, CCTV recorder or office phone holds a public address, the whole internet can knock on its door. The firewall decides which doors open, for whom, and at what hours.
An office with separate parts
Tills do not need to touch the accounting server, and guest wifi does not need to touch anything. We split them into separated zones on the same device.
Staff working from outside
Staff reach the office network over their own secure path, not through office applications opened to the whole internet. One account per person, revocable at any time.
You need evidence, not assumptions
A monthly report of what was blocked, from where, and to which destination. Useful at audit time, and when someone blames your network.
The firewall is a fanless dedicated appliance with four network ports, installed behind the router. The router still carries the public addresses and the line failover, so if the firewall misbehaves we can still reach the site from a distance without sending anyone out. Details are in the technical section.
When do you need the server package?
The firewall package secures your network. The server package puts the applications you use every day inside that network, rather than in someone else's cloud.
Your data may not leave the building
Clinic records, customer data, HR archives, CCTV footage that cannot be uploaded anywhere. The server sits in your own room, behind the firewall we manage.
Applications you run yourself
Accounting, shared file storage, the till database, or a system for your branches. Running on your own server and reached by staff over the cable, so it is fast and does not depend on the internet.
One bill, one number to call
Router, firewall and server from one party. When something breaks there is no argument between your network vendor and your server vendor.
The server is installed behind the firewall, on your local network. If you want an application reachable from the internet, we point your site's public address at it under firewall rules you approve. If you don't, the server is not visible from outside at all.
Managed router vs. the alternatives
| Managed router | Renting a public address over VPN | Static IP from your ISP | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Public IPv4 | 1 fixed address, yours alone, more on request | 1 IPv4 from the provider's pool | Usually one, if offered at all |
| Public IPv6 | 1 fixed address, yours alone, more on request | Rarely offered | Depends on ISP, often dynamic |
| Covers | Whole site, via the router | One VPN connection | Whole site |
| Speed | Follows your ISP capacity on site | Capped by plan, typically 10–150 Mbps | Per your internet plan |
| Changing ISP | Same address | Same address | New address |
| If one internet line dies | Moves over by itself, at least 2 lines | Goes down with it | Tied to one line |
| Install | Router provisioned and managed by us | You configure it yourself on a router or PC | ISP-provided CPE |
| Management & support | Watched 24/7, faulty unit replaced | Usually chat support; the device is your problem | ISP support, limited to their line |
| Price | from IDR 3,000,000/mo per site | IDR 75,000–400,000/mo | Varies, often business plans only |
Need IPv6 for a single device rather than a whole site? The wayangi per-device tier starts at $5/month.
When something goes wrong, this is what happens
You're paying to not think about the router. Here is what we commit to when things break.
We usually know first
The router and both backup paths are checked every 60 seconds. If something drops, our team sees it before you get to report it.
24/7 support
Chat with us on WhatsApp any time, nights and holidays included. A dalang.io network engineer answers, not a bot.
Faulty unit? Replaced.
Router dead or defective? We ship a pre-provisioned replacement. You plug it in, your address stays the same.
No pointless site visits
Almost everything is handled from a distance. You don't wait for someone to drive out for things that can be fixed remotely.
For schools, government offices and companies with a procurement process
We understand that spending at a state school, a government office, or a large company cannot always be paid by card and done. Here is what we prepare.
A formal quote within one business day
Complete with a per-site breakdown, validity period, and the tax written separately. Ready to use for your submission.
Supporting documents
Send the list of documents your procurement team asked for. We check and answer the same day what we can provide, without leaving you hanging.
Many locations, one quote
Several schools, branches or local units can be combined into one quote and one invoice, with pricing that follows the number of sites.
Pay monthly, or upfront for up to 5 years
Monthly with no tie-in if you want to try one site first. If your budget is annual or multi-year, you can pay upfront for 1, 2, 3 up to 5 years in a single invoice, at a better price. During that period there is no monthly bill at all.
Questions we get before the first order
Straight answers, no sales script. Anything not covered here, ask us on WhatsApp.
What is the difference between the IDR 3, 6 and 8 million packages?
IDR 3 million gives your site a fixed address and a connection that survives one internet line going down. IDR 6 million adds a firewall we manage: rules for who may access what, separation between tills, office and guest wifi, secure access for staff working from outside, plus a monthly report. IDR 8 million adds a server in your own room for applications whose data must not leave the building. All three are managed and monitored by us.
Someone sells a public address for IDR 100,000. Why is this IDR 3 million?
Because it is not the same product. For IDR 100,000 you get a username and password for one connection, with capped speed, and the setup and upkeep are yours. Here you get a router we prepare and manage for the whole site: two network hubs in Jakarta and Singapore, automatic switchover across at least two internet lines, 24-hour monitoring, and a replacement unit if it fails. The fair comparison is not address rental but a dedicated internet line with a service guarantee, which starts at around IDR 4.5 million a month.
Do I need to install anything on my computers?
No. The router does everything. The machine you pick gets the fixed addresses from the router automatically. Nothing to run, nothing to update.
Which ISPs does it work with?
Any. Fiber, cable, 4G/5G, even satellite, and it does not matter if your ISP offers no fixed address at all. The router only needs to reach the internet like any ordinary computer. PPPoE lines work too, with a small adjustment we make during provisioning.
Can I get more than one address?
Yes. Extra addresses can be added from our side without touching the router's core settings, and each one is directed to a machine of your choosing.
Does my whole office network become open to the internet?
No. Only the devices you plug into the special ports on this router get a public address, for example the CCTV recorder, a server, or your existing office router. Everything else stays on your local network as before. Anything you expose can be protected with security rules to suit your needs; just tell us during setup.
What happens if your Jakarta hub goes down?
The router already keeps a second path to Singapore and moves the traffic there at once. Your address stays the same and usually nobody notices a thing.
Who owns the router and who has the password?
The hardware can be yours or supplied by us. Each site gets its own admin password, generated at provisioning and shared with you. We manage it through the tunnel; you can log in from the LAN any time.
How is this different from wayangi's $5 IPv6 tier?
The $5 tier is for a single computer, needs an application installed on that computer, and is IPv6 only. Managed Router covers a whole site, includes an IPv4 address, needs no application at all, and the hardware is managed and monitored by us.
We are a state school or a government office; can we buy through procurement?
Yes. We send a formal quote with a per-site breakdown and a validity period, and billing is by monthly or annual invoice to fit your budget. Just send the list of documents your procurement team asked for, and we answer the same day what we can provide.
Do the prices on this page include tax?
No. All prices here exclude 11% PPN. The tax is calculated and written separately on the quote and on the invoice, so the numbers are clear from the start.
Can I pay a year or several years in advance?
Yes, and many schools and government offices prefer it because their budgets are annual. The choices are 1, 2, 3 up to 5 years, paid in one invoice at the start of the period, at a better price than monthly. During that period there is no monthly bill at all and the service cannot be paused over a bill. When it ends, you can prepay again or return to monthly.
We have many schools or branches; can we do them together?
Yes, and it is actually easier. Each site gets its own router and its own address, but the quote, the invoice and the monitoring are one. Tell us the number of sites and the cities, and we will work out the price.
How do I order?
Message us on WhatsApp or email sales@dalang.io with your site location, the ISPs you have, and how many addresses you need. We send a quote within one business day, prepare the router, and you plug it in.
One router. One fixed address. Any ISP. Ours to manage.
Fixed IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, two backup paths, managed and monitored by our team. Add a managed firewall, or a firewall plus a server in your own office. From IDR 3,000,000 per month per site, excluding 11% PPN. Tell us where the site is and we'll quote it today.
